Celebration of the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
This Sacrament is celebrated at the following times,

  • St. David’s, Dalkeith :- Saturday evening from 5.20 p.m. to 5.45 p.m. before Vigil Mass.
  • St. Luke & St. Anne’s, Mayfield :- Saturday morning from 9.30 a.m. before and then immediately after 10.00 a.m. Mass.
  • In either parish, at any suitable time by request.

200 Club -
there are still numbers available for the next draw in the 200 Club, and a reminder that fees are now due for existing members.

A big THANK YOU
to all who supported SiMBA at the teas and coffees last Sunday.
We raised a total of £100.46.

Tuesday 26th 2.00 p.m. - Rosehill Strawberry Tea.
The sisters in Rosehill would like to invite you to a Strawberry tea in aid of Marie Curie, come along for a chat and join in the fun.
Tombola stall donations welcomed.

Friday 29th - Please note that Friday is the Solemnity of Ss Peter and Paul and is a Holyday of Obligation.
The leavers’ Mass in St. David’s Primary School on Thursday afternoon will be celebrated as a Vigil Mass of Ss Peter and Paul.
There will also be a Vigil Mass on Thursday evening in St. David’s at 7.30 p.m. and Mass on Friday morning at 9 a.m.
We will celebrate Mass in the church at St. Luke & St. Anne’s on Friday at 12.30 p.m., so that parents who wish can bring their children to that Mass, having collected them from school at 12 noon.

We wish all the pupils and staff
in our schools a very happy summer holiday!

Next Sunday (1st July)
• A Special Collection
will be taken up for Peter’s Pence to support the charitable initiatives of Pope Francis in favour of the universal church.
• Simple teas/coffees/biscuits after Mass.

July & August simple teas - dates ‘unclaimed’.

Volunteers are needed to run simple teas / coffees / biscuits on July - 22nd, 29th; August - 5th, 12th.
Please contact Deirdre after Mass.
For any date that remains 'unclaimed', there will be NO teas & coffees after 11 a.m. Mass.

Storehouse Project.
During the school summer holidays, Storehouse will be delivering food parcels to the neediest families in the community.
Here is a list of some of the items that are needed:
Tins - soup, tuna fish, baked beans with sausages, meat e.g. hotdogs, spaghetti hoops, macaroni cheese.
Peanut butter, small cartons/bottles juice, mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, noodles, crisps, serial bars, breakfast cereals, biscuits/chocolate.

Rosehill Care Assistant.
Full time care assistant, 38.25 hours per week, required in Rosehill Care Home, Dalkeith working day and back shift.

The sisters in Rosehill are looking for volunteer helpers to assist them.
Drivers in particular would be very helpful.
